Villa Blanca Coronado Chic Beach Apartment Steps to the Sand in North Pacific Beach

Our apartment, which we call Coronado, is located just 1/2 block from the beach in North Pacific Beach area. This beach, called "Law Street Beach" is large and kid friendly. There are surf lessons there, great for boogie boarding and many access points to get to it. There is also the boardwalk, a three mile stretch along the coastline that you can walk and check out restaurants, shops, bars or just people watch. The boardwalk will take you down to Mission Beach where Belmont Park is located which has a roller coaster, arcade and other kids activities.

This apartment is in a 4-plex building and is located on the bottom floor. There is a designated parking space for one vehicle which is very helpful during the busy summer months. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a pull out sofa bed to sleep a total of 6. There is a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV and smart TV if you choose to log into one of your streaming apps. This apartment does not have air conditioning.

There is a small fully fenced yard with a shared bbq and shared laundry available for guests to use during their stay. We provide beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs all located at the property so guests don't have to travel with all of that stuff. After the beach day, there is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before getting cleaned up to walk to one of the many places to check out in Pacific Beach.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
