Mermaid Manor sits oceanfront at the famous Windansea Beach in La Jolla. Guests can sit on the balcony and watch the surfers and have front row seats for every sunset. This property is 1 mile from the Village of La Jolla or just 3 miles from Pacific Beach. There are some restaurants, grocery stores and bars all within walking distance.

Shared laundry located in the garage agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding noise that disturbs neighbors, over occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking with Windansea Vacation Rentals.
Service animals must be disclosed at time of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
