No smoking/vaping anywhere on the premises, inside or outside the condo, including the balcony, hallways, elevator, staircases, and garage. $500.00 fine.
Parties, events & mailbox usage is not permitted.
This condo is located within a multi-family building, so we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors and mindful of noise and activity throughout their stay. Our Rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding noise that disturbs neighbors, over occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking with Windansea Vacation Rentals.
The primary guest must be present. No 3rd-party bookings accepted.

This unit does not have air conditioning.

Service animals must be disclosed at time of booking.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
