Hillcrest Hideaway-Near downtown, dog friendly w/private yard

This charming Hillcrest cottage is located just one block from downtown Hillcrest, half a mile away from Balboa Park and so many other attractions. Downtown Hillcrest has tons of shops and is known for having some of the best restaurants/bars in all of San Diego. If you plan to stay in the Hillcrest area everything is within walking distance. The Sunday farmers market is also within walking distance. If you are looking to venture outside of Hillcrest, the freeways are close by for convenient access and the beaches are just 20 minutes away.

The house has books, and several games for all ages. There is cable and a dvd player with some dvd's to pick from as well. The kitchen and living room have that open floorplan so nobody misses out on any of the action. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who like to cook at home. If BBQing is more your style, you can do that too! The front and backyard is fully fenced so there is no worry for those who bring their dog.

This cottage has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and there are two bathrooms, plus a washer and dryer. The backyard has a cozy seating area and small firepit to enjoy during the evenings.

Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding noise disturbances, over occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures, fines and evictions for violations are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies and closely read the contract terms and conditions before renting with Windansea Vacation Rentals.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
