Bring the family to come and stay in this contemporary ranch style home located in North La Jolla. Just inside the private,  tall, electric gate, this house sits on 1 acre of land with lots of fruit trees, a kids playground, outdoor BBQ area, chef kitchen, pool, spa and plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family. There is even enough space for a family game of soccer before heading down to La Jolla Shores beach located just 2.8 miles down the road.  This home has an open floor plan. soaring beamed ceilings, and large glass doors and windows that bring in tons of natural light. All four bedrooms have their own private bathrooms making this a great house for multiple family's to enjoy while still having their own space. 

The chef's kitchen includes 2 dishwashers, Viking gas range, 2 ovens, built in refrigerator/freezer, a huge island and a breakfast bar! If you don't really want to be inside, take advantage of the outdoor grill while lounging by the pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to spread out and relax on. 

Open to the kitchen is a nice sectional sofa to lounge on while enjoying some TV or chatting with others in the kitchen,  

Located behind the kitchen is a washer and dryer for guest use. Also tucked away and easy to miss is the smallest bedroom with a twin bed and a small private bathroom with a standing shower. 

The first master bedroom is located just off the living room making it the only bedroom on the north end of the house. This room has tons of natural light with sliding glass doors that lead to the back yard. This room has a large flat screen TV, double sink with a standing shower and seperate toilet room. This room is perfect for the early birds in the group since it's located away from all the other bedrooms. 

The last three bedrooms are located down the hall. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and plenty of toys and games for the kids to enjoy. 

The backyard is ideal for entertaining. There is a built-in BBQ, large table with seating for 8. There is a large outdoor couch, or choose to lay out by the pool in one of the lounge chairs. The pool and spa area is fully fenced so when you are playing with some of the kids on the jungle gym, or playing a game of soccar you won't have to worry about anyone in the pool. The large grass area is also a great place to lay down your yoga mat and take it the beautiful view in front of you. Oh and don't forget, once you finish with yoga end it with a nice sweat in the sauna. 

This property serioulsy has it all. We promise, you will not want to leave!
