Description
Come vacation in this brand new one bedroom property located just a couple blocks from Mission Bay and a few blocks from the beach! In addition to being close to the bay and beach, it is only 3 blocks from all the action Pacific Beach has to offer.
Walk into the living room with nice high vaulted ceilings giving the room a large open feel. The kitchen is complete with everything you will need for cooking at home.
You can jump on the beach cruisers to check out the area or load up the wagon with all your beach items and head to the sand! Take advantage of the outdoor shower when returning to the beach to wash all the sand away. If the weather is just too nice to sit inside, pull up a chair and enjoy the sun in the patio area while someone else gets the BBQ started.Enjoy the outdoor firepit or a game of corn hole!

One problem for me was we were here visiting family and I asked to have a few couples over for dinner and the answer was a no.
Because of this I may not rent here again. I would like the ability for my family to visit me and where I am staying while visiting.
Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

My husband & I enjoyed 4 nights at this lovely place while we visited San Diego. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The owner’s instructions made it easy to get to and access. Our plane was delayed and we arrived quite late and the place felt like a home away from home . Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen had absolutely everything you needed. The neighborhood was very quiet . Loved having bikes to use and ride along the beautiful pathways close by. Wish we could have stayed longer !!

Great property to stay at. Everything was ready, clean and easily accessible. Very comfortable overall. You have everything you would expect from this type of rental.
Only negative is the parking. Must park on the street and on weekends it might be difficult to find a spot. Wasn’t a deal breaker but you may have to park a block or more away. If you’re spending most of your time at the beach it’s not a problem because it’s not a long walk.
I’m very happy with our stay and would do it again if the opportunity arose.

I felt safe on the property and I was pleased that the neighborhood was quiet. I wanted to be a little bit away from the shore and this was perfect. The bicycles were a definite bonus. I used one of the bikes quite a bit. The brakes need a little tune up but otherwise it was a good bike. Glad I found this location. I had some questions along the way and Tammie was able to help me.

Loved this rental! Super clean and perfect location for us as our daughter lives a block away. Bicycles a big plus! Only negative which really isn’t a big deal but in listing it said shampoo and soap included along with laundry detergent. None were provided. Again a small issue but I purposely did not pack them due to listing. Otherwise, fantastic rental! Would definitely revisit this place!

We enjoyed our San Diego vacay in June. The rental was quiet, the kitchen was spacious, and it was a comfortable place to stay. We used the beach bikes every day and it was a perk to have them. The street parking wasn't our favorite part cuz the street fills up fast, but we were pretty lucky to find parking close to the house most of the time. The beach is my happy place and it was the exact medicine I needed.

The location and condition of this rental is absolutely perfect. Only 2 blocks from Mission Bay and about 5 blocks from Pacific Beach. Rental has everything you need to feel at home. I was booked for 4 days and needed to book a 5th, I reached out to the property manager and they were right on top of getting me reserved another night. Absolutely great service! It's a very comfortable and quiet area with lots to do within walking distance, the bikes in the garage are a huge plus. Will definitely be back. Thank you

I stayed for over a week while working remotely and this place was great. Didn't need to rent a car. 3 minute walk to the bay, 10 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to a grocery store. It's quiet and private and much bigger than it looks in the pictures!

The apartment seemed "brand new" and was lovely, clean, had all the amenities. It also had the advantage of being a short distance to both Mission Bay and Pacific Beach. Lovely neighborhood also.
A very quiet place during the night. Loved the central patio and the "extras" for the beach stored conveniently on the property. A great find!

Actual living space was newly remodeled, up to date and immaculate. Loved the little extras of bikes, beach chairs, wagon, etc would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This newly renovated house is perfect for a couple. It’s in a great location in PB and fully stocked with everything you need. Having A/C was crucial and is not the standard in PB. You share a courtyard with another unit but the firepit and outdoor shower were crucial. Honestly may just consider this place if staying when visiting PB again. 10/10 would recommend
