Be one of the first to stay in this brand new guest house! This property is very spacious and bright with natural light. Located in Pacific Beach, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house comes with it's own entrance and parking space (for 1 vehicle).
This open layout is complete with a full size kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Enjoy lunch at the dining table with seating for 4 people, or relax on the leather couch that also opens up to be a queen size bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. There are ceiling fans in both rooms and with all the windows open you can really enjoy the smmer breeze on those warm summer nights.
This property is located in a very family friendly, QUIET neighborhood, close to the 5 freeway and just a few blocks from the action of the Pacific Beach nightlife. You are close to Sea World, San Deigo Zoo, Balboa Park, Mission Bay and of course the beach!

The property was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. I arrived very late at night and had no problems finding the place or getting in. It was a perfect location for me as it was just a few blocks away from the house where my son and his family live so it was super convenient. I would stay here again for sure.

I really was impressed with how clean and well set-up this apt. was. Megan the contact person was really accommodating and kind. This apt. was in a quite neighborhood and close to everything. Was so convenient to have a designated parking spot. Even though you need to drive to the beach it is well worth the trade off of a quiet, clean & safe place. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Unit is upstairs so be sure to take that into consideration. I would definitely book this unit again. Pictures on website are spot on. Bathroom was large.

Loved the convenience of this property -- an easy walk to our favorite restaurant (the Pacific Beach Fish Shop) & grocery stores and an easy drive to our daily activities. Would have loved a little outdoor space but at least what there was had a view of the SeaWorld fireworks show! Kitchen was well equipped and the shower was great. A laundromat a couple blocks away served in that department. It was small but we'd stay again for sure!

Property was great and loved the designated parking spot. Finding the property was a bit of a challenge at first. Checking in and out was never actually done correctly. We had to call and ultimately text the rental company for access. Very poor communication for check in and check out.

This place is perfect. Up and tucked away from the road so its very quiet. Within walking distance to just about anything you'd need and its very close to the beach. Clean, bright, and open with a nice view of the sunset.
The property manager was very helpful and communicative with all of my questions. All in all I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The property was clean, new and had everything we needed. It was a little bit further from the beach than we expected but that also is partially our fault for not doing more research. If you’re willing to take advantage of the scooters, that shouldn’t be a problem. But all in all, it was exactly what we needed and a great little apartment.

My experience staying here was great. The location and convenience is top notch. Walking distance from restaurants, groceries, bars, or anything you might need. It was very clean and the owners were thoughtful of all the little things you might need during your stay. Only downsides are that there is no AC or washer/dryer. It got pretty warm as were there during the summer months. Safe parking and quiet area. Property manager was very responsive and flexible with our needs. I recommend this to family and friends visiting the area without a doubt.
