This property is just a few steps away from the beach!! This two-bedroom Pacific Beach vacation rental condo is just three houses away from Law St. beach. The beach has bathrooms lifeguards on duty during the summer. You can even take surf lessons right outside your door. This property is also at the beginning of the boardwalk that goes along the coast for 3 miles down to the end of Mission Beach. Along the boardwalk you will find some shopping, restaurants, including the Wave House where you can watch people try to surf the artificial wave. Don't forget to stop and walk out on Crystal Pier! Also on the boardwalk, is Belmont Park, where there is the wooden rollercoaster and so much more entertainment for you to check out. Downtown San Diego is just 20 minutes away, and SeaWorld San Diego is just 4 miles away!! If you want to do some whale-watching, and shopping, or just explore the diverse neighborhoods of La Jolla, just head north 2 miles.
The Shark feels light and bright with the large window that looks out at the front where there is a small patio and glass-top table. There's a leather couch and chair for relaxing, a 50 inch flat screen TV where you can catch your favorite streaming show, and two bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen bar.
This condo is small but has everything you'll need during your vacation with the fully stocked kitchen which has granite countertops, a high table where you can eat breakfast before you hit the beach for the day.
The bedrooms have new ceiling fans, a large window to bring in nice natural light, and large full length mirrored closet doors so you can make sure you look your best before heading out for the evening. The bedrooms also have dressers giving plenty of space for everyone's things. One room comes with an adjustable queen size bed and the other room has two twin beds. There is a shared laundry room for guests to use during their stay and each condo has it's own, small, single car garage located in the alley behind the complex. Also located in the garage, you will find boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, sand toys and maybe a wagon for you to use while at the beach! With WiFi and a gas grill available for your enjoyment, this home is ideal for any phase of your beach vacation.

There is a $25 charge for returned checks. Windansea Vacation Rentals does not redeposit returned checks; they must be replaced with a credit card, cashier’s check or money order.
